These Terms of Purchase (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of digital products from StrategistKit (“we”, “us”), a service operated by LAKI AS (Norway, org. no. 917 220 808). By purchasing or using our products you agree to these Terms.
1. Merchant of record
Payments for StrategistKit products are processed by Stripe through its Managed Payments service, which acts as the merchant of record (seller) for your transaction and is responsible for billing and applicable taxes (VAT/GST). Stripe’s buyer terms also apply to the payment. LAKI AS is the provider of the digital products and the licensor of the content.
2. What we sell
StrategistKit sells digital products only — downloadable AI agent skills (instruction files in SKILL.md format) and prompt frameworks. There are no physical goods and no shipping. Products are delivered electronically via authenticated download from strategistkit.com and via our connected MCP service.
3. Membership (credits subscription)
- A membership is a recurring subscription (monthly or annual) that grants a monthly allowance of credits used to download skills from the catalogue.
- Credit costs vary by skill. Unused credits roll over up to a capped balance; credits above the cap expire, and credits have no cash value and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- While your membership is active, skills you have downloaded remain available to you at the latest version (“lifetime updates” applies only while the membership is active).
- Memberships auto-renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the current paid period. We do not provide partial or pro-rata refunds for the current period (see Refund Policy).
- We may change membership pricing or credit rules with reasonable notice; changes apply to renewals after the notice.
4. Bundles (one-time purchases)
Bundles are one-time purchases granting access to a defined set of skills. You receive the version available at the time of purchase and may re-download that version. One-time purchases do not include ongoing updates.
5. Licence and acceptable use
On purchase you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the skills for your own personal or internal business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, or share the skill files, or include them in a competing catalogue or marketplace. We retain all intellectual property rights in the products.
6. Delivery and immediate access
Products are delivered immediately upon successful payment. By purchasing and accessing a product immediately, you request immediate performance and acknowledge that you thereby lose any statutory right of withdrawal for digital content delivered without a physical medium (see Refund Policy).
7. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and any MCP access tokens. Tokens can be revoked from your account page. Do not share access.
8. Disclaimers
Products are provided “as is”. Skills and prompt frameworks produce AI-generated or template output that you are responsible for reviewing before use; we do not warrant any specific result. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms (e.g. redistribution of files).
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence are not affected.
